You must be 18 or older to book a tour. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to handle it.
You’re responsible for giving accurate info, like your name, email, and payment details. Wrong info might mess up your booking.
Don’t use our site for anything shady, like hacking or posting harmful content. We can block access if you break the rules.

2. Booking a Tour
When you book a tour with us:

Confirmation: You’ll get a booking confirmation via email once payment’s processed. Check it to make sure everything’s right.
Payments: We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Full payment is due at booking unless we agree otherwise.
Tour Details: Each tour page lists what’s included (like meals, transport, or guides). Extras like souvenirs or drinks aren’t covered unless stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancel 14+ days before your tour for a full refund.
7–14 days out, you get 50% back.
Less than 7 days, no refunds, but we’ll try to reschedule.
If we cancel (e.g., due to weather or low bookings), you’ll get a full refund or a chance to reschedule.

4. Tour Conduct
To keep tours fun and safe:

Follow your guide’s instructions, especially at temples, villages, or hiking spots.
Respect local customs—like covering shoulders at temples or removing shoes.
Be on time for pick-ups. If you’re late, we might have to move on to keep the group on track.
No smoking, drinking, or illegal stuff during tours. We can remove you without a refund if you disrupt the group.

5. Health and Safety
Our tours involve activities like hiking, cycling, or boat rides. You should:

Be in decent health for your chosen tour. Check tour descriptions for fitness levels (e.g., moderate hiking).
Tell us about medical conditions or dietary needs when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Know that some areas (like cliffs or ruins) have uneven ground. Watch your step!
Get travel insurance—we highly recommend it to cover accidents, illness, or cancellations.

We follow local safety rules, but you’re responsible for your own actions during the tour.
6. Liability
We work hard to make your tour epic, but:

We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages from things beyond our control, like natural disasters, accidents, or your own actions.
Our partners (guides, homestay hosts, etc.) follow safety standards, but we’re not responsible for their errors.

10. Disputes
